At Blugreen Energica, we strive to provide high-quality products and services. However, we understand that sometimes products may not meet customer expectations.

Return Policy:

1. Returns are accepted within 5 days from delivery.

2. Returns are allowed for:

a. Defective or damaged products

b. Wrong product delivery

c. Product not matching description

3. Customers must provide proof of purchase and reason for return.

Refund Policy

1. The Refunds Amount will be Credited to the customer account with in 10 working day's after approval.

2. Refund amounts will be credited to the original payment method.

3. Refunds will be issued for:

a. Full product price (excluding shipping)

b. Partial refunds for partially defective products

Refund Modes

1. Bank Transfer (NEFT/RTGS)

2. Online Wallets (e.g., Paytm)

3. Original Payment Method (e.g., Credit/Debit Card)

Cancellation Policy

1. Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours from placement.

2. Cancellation requests will be accepted only if the product has not been shipped.

Exceptions

1. Custom-made or personalized products

2. Perishable goods

3. Products with tampered or missing packaging

Procedure for Return/Refund

1. Customer initiates return/refund request through Blugreen Energica website/app.

2. Customer provides required documentation (e.g., invoice, photos).

3. Blugreen Energica verifies and processes return/refund.

(i) If the Good(s) delivered are damaged or defective;

or

(ii) The Good(s) delivered do not match the description or specifications mentioned on the listing page on the Platform; The acceptance of the Return Request and subsequent refund of payment consideration to the Buyer shall be subjected to investigation by the Company.

In the event, the Company, in its sole discretion, believes that the Order is eligible for return as per the terms of this T&C, then the Company may accept the Return Request and the Service Provider shall be required to return the consideration received in respect of such Order to the Buyer. Provided that any Return Request and refund request received from the Buyer shall not be processed unless the Seller agrees to provide refund of the purchase consideration to the Buyer.
